Nice splitter

Only had this for a little over a week now, but it appears to be a solid splitter. The long cord provides the length necessary to power back seat widgets from the dashboard panel. I have powered two portable DVD players, an iPhone (via USB port) and a GPS on it simultaneously and have seen no issues so far. Both the housing and extension cord appear rugged and sturdy. Port caps are fixed to the housing, so there are not “pieces/parts” to lose or misplace. Highly recommended.

Works, but noisy on the USB port.

Works as advertised. I was powering (2) portable DVD players through the “lighter” ports and (1) Ipad using the USB. When plugging in the USB, the charger started out to whine in a very high pitched manner. I could not listen it, but both my wife and child, upon entering the vehicle asked in regards to an unbearable noise. I unplugged the USB and they said the noise went away. But child said there was no way she could ride in the vehicle with that noise.
