This product does what it says,driving at night is much better with my brand new Phillips headlight.Everything is clearer compared to my original bulb.

Headlights

I purchased these after trying 2 different types of headlights. These are great for the price, good, whiter light and I can see further with them. I may get a set for my fog lamps and my wife’s Vue.

Good but not as advertised

These are good halogen bulbs but if you are expecting the “xenon look”, you will be disappointed. I had some lower end Sylvanias on my car and replaced them with these. The light is slightly whiter but nothing really that special. Definitely not worth the money for an “upgrade” but might be worth buying if you need new bulbs anyway. As far as I can tell, the extra brightness is just marketing because these bulbs are still 55 watts and don’t seem much brighter than my old Sylvanias. There don’t appear to be any good shortcuts to getting xenon brightness without xenon lights and projectors.

UPDATE: I drove a little more with these and they are definitely whiter and seem a little brighter than the old bulbs I had. I’m giving these 5 stars just because they are probably as good as you’re going to get without moving to xenon. I would definitely purchase these in the future if my bulbs went out, but I still don’t think it is worth upgrading if you have decent halogen lights already.
